Celebrating Women This March

Meet the women who design for dreamers.

What do you continue to gain—from collaboration & mentorship?

“When you help others, you never know what they can also teach as well. We all bring a lot of (different) experience and when we share different processes we strengthen our team.” (Loren Harris, print designer)

What’s a skill, instinct, or mindset you love sharing?

"I love sharing the beauty of a positive mindset. Having a can-do attitude is so important, especially when it comes to challenges. Working around women who inspire and uplift each other through positivity is important and necessary for success." (Alexandria Neil, designer)

What does mentorship look like in your daily work?

“I see mentorship as a way of collaboration with my coworkers. It’s a consent as we’re asking each other for opinion and a second eye.” (Meghan Bunny, print designer)

What have you gained from working on an all-female design team?

“Sisters! Our team is amazing! We laugh, we bicker, and we always kick a$$!” (Rocio Suarez, Design team)

What’s something another woman in your career gave you that shaped who you are today?  I was given opportunities very early in my career to lead teams, which gave me the confidence and opportunity to grow professionally and emotionally. (Heather Franco, designer)
