Love these but the length seems to be getting longer

"I have been wearing PJSalvage rayon lounge pants for over a decade. They are gloriously soft and comfy! I always buy 2, I wear them so much. My only complaint is that the lengths keep getting longer and longer. This time I'm having to hem them by over 3 inches!!! I'm 64, 140 lbs, 5' 4" I wear large as I do not like anything tight."
