The Roam Cozy Sweepstakes – Official Terms & Conditions
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Eligibility:
The Roam Cozy Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of the participating brands (including but not limited to P.J. Salvage, Boot Barn, and Alisal Ranch), their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter: (2) ways to enter: Landing page, Instagram page).
A) Enter by submitting your valid email address via the official Sweepstakes entry form during the entry period, beginning Feb 20th and ending Feb 27, 2025, at 11:59 pm PT (“Promotion Period”). Limit one (1) entry per person.
B) *For a bonus entry visit (@pjsalvage Instagram). Visit our Instagram, follow directions to enter.
Prizes: One (1) winner will receive a ‘Roam Cozy’ package consisting of:
•(1) collection of P.J. Salvage Western Blooms pajamas & loungewear (available in sizes XS–XL) ($900 retail value)
• (1) Boot Barn Gift card (or 2 pairs of boots) ($500 retail value)
· One (1) $500 Boot Barn Gift Card
(2) nights accommodations for (2) adults in a luxury studio at Alisal Ranch, Solvang, California. Includes breakfast, dinner, package beverage, service fees & taxes. (value $3529) Prize is non-transferable and no cash or other substitution will be made, except at Sponsor’s discretion. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, if any, and for travel costs to Alisal Ranch in Solvang, CA.
Winner Selection & Notification:
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Drawing will take place on or about 3/2/2026. The winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry. If the selected winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
Delivery / Fulfillment:
Prize(s) will be shipped to the winner at a valid U.S. address provided after confirmation. Allow 2–4 weeks for fulfillment. No substitutions permitted.
Publicity Release:
By accepting the prize, winners grants Sponsor permission to use their name, city/state, likeness, and/or entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Privacy & Communications:
By entering, participants agree to receive marketing emails from participating brands. You may unsubscribe at any time. Personal information will be used in accordance with each brand’s privacy policy.
Release & Limitation of Liability:
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of prize.
