Holiday gift purchases on PJSalvage.com have an extended return allowance through January 15, 2020, or 30 days from the purchase date, whichever is greater. To arrange a return, please follow our return policy window.
RECEIVED P.J. SALVAGE AS A GIFT?
- Purchases made from other retailers will not be accepted.
- Gift returns from pjsalvage.com need to include one or all of following: customer receipt, proof of purchase, name, email or name of purchaser
- Items should be returned in the form which the item was originally purchased. New. Unworn. With all original tags and packaging.
- All gift returns must include return form, with original PJS four digit order number. Please write ATTN: CUSTOMER CARE on return form, and check gift box.
- Gift returns from pjsalvage.com will be issued a merchandise credit code, redeemable only on pjsalvage.com. Valid for 30 days.
* If you purchased a P.J. Salvage product from third party retail we suggest that you reach out to the original store concerning the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange. Only items purchased directly from www.pjsalvage.com can be returned to P.J. Salvage.

HOW DO I MAKE A STANDARD EXCHANGE?
P.J. Salvage is not able to offer exchanges.
Please proceed with our return process below, and then place a new order for your desired item(s).
STANDARD RETURN POLICY
ITEMS MUST BE
- New. Unwashed. Unworn. With all original tags attached.
- Returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Purchased on pjsalvage.com. We cannot accept purchases made from other retailers. Items should be returned to the store from which the item was originally purchased.
Follow process below within 30 days of receipt of your order.
- Complete the return form that you received with your order and include it in your return package.
- Keep the top portion of your return label, it has your tracking information.
- Use the Pre-Paid return label included with your package, or print here.
- Pack the item(s) in the original packaging or a secure/waterproof package.
- Return the package to your local post office (USPS) OR FedEx Store using label provided.
- Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
EXCHANGES - We do NOT offer exchanges
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your return (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Please allow 2-3 weeks for your banking institution to reflect this transaction.
