RETURN POLICY  

ITEMS MUST BE 

  1. Unwashed. Unworn.  With all tags attached.  
  2. Returned within 30 days of receipt.
  3. Purchased on pjsalvage.com. We cannot accept purchases made from other retailers. Items should be returned to the store from which the item was originally purchased.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

Follow process below within 30 days of receipt of your order.

  1. Complete the return form that you received with your order and include it in your return package.
  2. Keep the top portion of your return label, it has your tracking information. 
  3. Use the Pre-Paid return label included with your package, or print here.
  4. Pack the item(s) in the original packaging or a secure/waterproof package.
  5. Return the package to your local post office (USPS) OR FedEx Store using label provided.
  6. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

RECEIVED P.J. SALVAGE AS A GIFT? 

  • Gift returns from pjsalvage.com will be issued a merchandise credit code, redeemable on pjsalvage.com and valid for 30 days. 
  • All gift returns must include return form, with original PJS order number. 
  • Please write ATTN: CUSTOMER CARE on return form, and check gift box.  

EXCHANGES - We do NOT offer exchanges 

REFUNDS

  1. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your return (excluding weekends and holidays). 
  2. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your banking institution to reflect this transaction.
