HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN? 

  • All original tags must be attached.
  • Received an incorrect or faulty item? We’re sorry to hear this, please email us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@pjsalvage.com so we can make it right for you.
  • P.J. Salvage reserves the right to reject returns outside of the 30-day window, or that do not meet the above conditions.
STANDARD RETURNS
  • Follow process below within 30 days of receipt of your order.
  • Labels and tags must be attached to garment.
  • Product must be unworn/unwashed.
  • Complete the return form that you received with your order.
  • Pack the item in original packaging or secure, waterproof package.
  • Cover your address label with return label, included in your package.
  • Return the package to your local Post Office.
  • Keep your receipt safe, as you will need this as your proof of return.

    • Orders received after 12pm PST/3pm EST will be processed the next business day.
    • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
    • Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day.
    • Saturday delivery is not available.

    CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER? 

     P.J. Salvage does not offer exchanges. Please return your item to us for a credit, and then place a new order to get the item of your choice.

    Unfortunately, we do not ship or bill internationally from pjsalvage.com.

    We’re sorry to hear your package has not been located. Please track your package at UPS. If your tracking number shows delivery was made, please contact us so that we can assist you with submitting a claim.

    We will make every effort to help you locate your order to replace it. Unfortunately in some cases, we may not be able to replace the item(s) originally ordered.
