In observance of the winter holidays, P.J. Salvage's offices will be closed:

  • Wednesday, November 27th - Monday, December, 2nd. (Thanksgiving Observed) 
  • Tuesday, December 24th - Monday, January 6th.

WHAT IS P.J. SALVAGE'S HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY?

Holiday gift purchases on PJSalvage.com have an extended return allowance through January 15, 2020, or 30 days from the purchase date, whichever is greater. To arrange a return, please follow our return policy window. 

WHAT ARE THE HOLIDAY SHIPPING TIMELINES? 

PLEASE NOTE: The FINAL day to place orders for Wednesday (12/25/19) delivery via FedEx SmartPost is Monday (12/9/2019).

OTHER  FEDEX SHIPPING METHODS

Orders received Wednesday (11/27/19) through Monday (12/2/19) will be processed on Monday (12/2/19).

Thursday, December 19th = LAST DAY to place overnight holiday orders.

 Gift(s) with purchase (GWP) are available while supplies last. Gift with purchase (GWP) items may not be returned for a monetary value.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN? 

  • All original tags must be attached.
  • Received an incorrect or faulty item? We’re sorry to hear this, please email us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@pjsalvage.com so we can make it right for you.
  • P.J. Salvage reserves the right to reject returns outside of the 30-day window, or that do not meet the above conditions.
STANDARD RETURNS
  • Follow process below within 30 days of receipt of your order.
  • Labels and tags must be attached to garment.
  • Product must be unworn/unwashed.
  • Complete the return form that you received with your order.
  • Pack the item in original packaging or secure, waterproof package.
  • Cover your address label with return label, included in your package.
  • Return the package to your local Post Office.
  • Keep your receipt safe, as you will need this as your proof of return.

    WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

    • Orders received after 12pm PST/3pm EST will be processed the next business day.
    • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
    • Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day.
    • Saturday delivery is not available.

    WHERE WILL MY ORDER SHIP FROM ? 

    Orders are shipped from Southern California.

    CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER? 

     P.J. Salvage does not offer exchanges. Please return your item to us for a credit, and then place a new order to get the item of your choice.

    *Returns that meet return policies will be issued a refund. Other return exceptions will be issued an online merchandise credit.

    DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

    Unfortunately, we do not ship or bill internationally from pjsalvage.com.

    I DID NOT RECIVE MY PACKAGE, AND TRACKING SHOWS CONFIRMED DELIVERY? 

    We’re sorry to hear your package has not been located. Please track your package at FedEx or USPS. If your tracking number shows delivery was made, please contact us so that we can submit a claim to FedEx or USPS.

    We will make every effort to help you locate your order to replace it. Unfortunately in some cases, we may not be able to replace the item(s) originally ordered. In this case, we will issue an online merchandise credit.
