Returns & Exchanges


Our holiday gift return policy begins November, 2018.
Gift returns will be accepted until Jan. 10, 2019, or 30 days after date of purchase.

Received P.J. Salvage as a gift?

  • Purchases made from other retailers will not be accepted, and should be returned to the store from which the item was originally purchased. 
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • Garment must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Gift returns will be accepted and issued a merchandise credit code, redeemable on PJSalvage.com. Valid for 30 days.
  • Download & print our return form here.


Follow process below within 30 days of receipt of your order.

  1. Labels and tags must be attached to garment.
  2. Product must be unworn/unwashed.
  3. Complete the return form that you received with your order.
  4. Pack the item in original packaging or secure, waterproof package.
  5. Cover your address label with return label, included in your package.
  6. Return the package to your local Post Office.
  7. Keep your receipt safe, as you will need this as your proof of return.


  • All original tags must be attached.
  • Received an incorrect or faulty item? We’re sorry to hear this, please email us within 30 days of receiving your order at: info@pjsalvage.com so we can make it right for you.
  • P.J. Salvage reserves the right to reject returns outside of the 30-day window, or that do not meet the above conditions.

  • P.J. Salvage does not offer exchanges.
  • Please return your item to us for a credit, and then place a new order to get the item of your choice.


Refunds will be processed in approximately 7 business days after we receive your return (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
