Returns & Exchanges
Return Requirements & Instruction
Return pjsalvage.com merchandise within 30 days of the original online purchase date, by mail only with original tags attached. We do not accept exchanges, only full refunds. Postage Paid by Customer. If your tracked package is marked as "delivered" or "notice left", we are no longer responsible for the item(s). Neither the sender nor PJ Salvage are responsible for issuing a refund in such case.
We do not accept returns from third party retailers.
Returns By Mail
Please note that all returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RMA) that you can get by filling out a RMA Request Form. Upon approval, your Return Authorization Number (RMA) will be emailed to you. Write down your RMA on the Return Authorization Form that must be included in your return/exchange provided below.
Please complete a Return Authorization Form and include with your package along with the original shipping summary.
Pack return securely, in original condition (unwashed and unworn) with original packaging & tags.
*PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 WEEKS TO PROCESS CREDITS ONCE WE RECEIVE ITEMS BACK TO THE WAREHOUSE. PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR BANK ON REFUND TIME FRAME AS EVERY BANK VARIES.

Once you receive an order confirmation number, we are no longer able to cancel an order. If you choose you no longer want an item, please follow return instructions.
Orders are packed and shipped Monday - Friday. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day. Please allow 24 hours for ordering processing. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order may be delayed an additional business day. For expedited shipping, orders should be placed before 12pm (PST) for your order to go out the same day for non-holiday orders. PJ Salvage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact FEDEX to file a claim.
