ARRANGING YOUR RETURN //

HOLIDAY RETURNS ALLOWANCE

Our Holiday Return Policy is not currently in effect. To arrange a return, please follow our standard return policy, below.

STANDARD RETURNS

Follow process below within 30 days of receipt of your order.

  • There is a returns label included in your parcel
  • Pack the item in original packaging or secure, waterproof package
  • Complete and sign a copy of the returns invoice that you received with your order and include it with your return.
  • Labels and tags must be attached to garment
  • Product must be unworn/unwashed
  • Cover your address label with return label, included in your package
  • Return the package to your local FedEx office.
  • Keep your receipt safe, as you will need this as your proof of return

GUIDELINES FOR ALL RETURNS

  • All original tags must be attached
  • For hygiene, please try all lingerie over your own underwear
  • Received an incorrect or faulty item? We’re sorry to hear this, please email us within 30 days of receiving your order at: info@pjsalvage so we can look into this for you.
  • P.J. Salvage reserves the right to reject returns outside of the 30 day window, or that do not meet these conditions.

GIFT RETURNS

  • Received P.J. Salvage as a gift?  Returns will be accepted and issued a merchandise credit code, redeemable on pjsalvage.com, valid for 1 year.
  • All original tags must be attached
EXCHANGES //

P.J. Salvage does not offer exchanges. Please return your item to us for a credit, and then place a new order to get the item of your choice.

REFUNDS //

Refunds will be processed in approximately 7 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after we receive your return.

CANCELLATIONS //

Thank you for shopping with PJSalvage.com. Once you receive an order confirmation number, we are no longer able to cancel an order mid-process. Please initiate a return through the returns process.
