Returns & Exchanges
ARRANGING YOUR RETURN //
Please follow process below within 30 days of receipt of your order.
- Your return label is in the plastic envelope on the outside of your parcel (along with your order summary)
- Pack the item in original packaging or secure, waterproof package
- Complete and sign a copy of the returns invoice that you received with your order and include it with your return.
- Labels and tags must be attached to garment
- Product must be unworn/unwashed
- Cover your address label with return label, included in your package
- Return the package to your local Fed Ex drop off location
- All original tags must be attached
- For hygiene, please try all lingerie over your own underwear
- Received an incorrect or faulty item? We’re sorry to hear this, please email us within 30 days of receiving your order at: info@pjsalvage so we can look into this for you.
- P.J. Salvage reserves the right to reject returns outside of the 30 day window, or that do not meet these conditions.
P.J. Salvage does not offer exchanges. Please return your item to us for a credit, and then place a new order to get the item of your choice.
Refunds will be processed in approximately 7 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after we receive your return.
